1.After fixing the balloon in the fixer, the balloon will be filled gas, the line moves these balloons under the pattern printer. PLC automatic control system will move the balloon accurately below the mould.
2.Printing mould presses on the balloon surface by the control system, from the film brush automatically. It has good conditioning printing ink according to the procedure.
3.Printed balloons will be moved in place and released by this production line automatically. Printing press can be printed single-side and double-side pattern according to customer’s demand, color can be achieved from 1 to 5 colors.
4.Printing speed of this machine can be adjusted and carried out by staffs, the proficiency can choose to be fast or slow.
5.Servo motor drive control system, PLC control, touch screen display with Chinese and English operation interface and man-machine communicating operation.
