1).Adopts exact servo control system from Japan which can ensure the stabilization of printing materials in the printing process.No need to change printing rollers.The operation of this machine is fast,convenient and simple.

2).Printing unit:adopting high quality and heavy offset printing unit.Assembled with 19 pieces of ink rollers,4 pieces of form rollers and 4 pieces of water rollers(alchohol dampening system),has nice ink working system to avoid streak trouble and ghost image efficiently,largely increase the printing quality.The precision and fineness would never reached by letterpress printing machine.

3).Shaftless transmission system:every printing unit is transmitted by independent servo motor,15 sets of servo motors in total for a 6 color machine to ensure the exact color registering precision during high speed operation.

4).Positioning system: just input the printing length on the main control panel,every unit will be directed to the right position automatically.Largely saves time and materials when adjusting color register.

5).Color registering system: the vertical and horizotal motion of every printing unit are both controlled by independent servo motor (no need to adjust every unit by person).By video still system (standard configuration),the vertical&horizontal registering can be adjusted without stopping,it improves the printing quality and increases the production capacity.

6).Super large printing area:320x350mm,the maximum printing circumference could be reached at 350mm and the running maximum speed could be reached at 63m/min.Making use of high-precision photocells ensures multi-register printing on both side,diversify label petterns.

7).Every printing unit equips with separate servo system to be stopped independently.This system extends the useful life of the machine.

8).Multi options:flexo UV varnishing unit(complete&spot) and rotary die-cutting unit can be the option for this machine.Only one big magnetic die-cutting cylinder used in this unit,just need to change die cutter,largely saves tooling cost.Also finish printing and die cutting a time,simple operation,low cost and high practicability.

9).LCD touch screen,faster CPU,10 inch operating display,independent touch screen control for each printing unit,for one or several person operate,but also support operation on each unit.Powerful human-computer dialogue system,multi-guide inspecting display interface,instant alarm signal,all makes operation much easier and more efficient.

10).PS plate intermittent printing adopted,suits well for high-level demands for any quantity,so it is an ideal choice for all printing factories..
