Structure
Stainless steel shell, IP55 protection standard, resistance to dust invasion. Can be applied in different working environment. The ink system and circuit control system are separated to avoid influence to each other.
Most Advanced Design of Ink System
It adopts design of four valvo-pumps, namely ink pump, solvent pump, recovery pump and circulating pump, and works under constant pressure. It is able to accomplish groups of automatic ink handling procedures. The valvo-pump, a result of bionics research, can work in way similar to zero abrasion. Compared with gear pump, it boasts the following advantages: long service life, low maintenance cost, low ink degradation (which prolongs service life of ink).
It adopts independent recovery pump to ensure effective recovery. Recovery filter is set and can work under environment with big-size dust.
It is able to accomplish the positive pressure wind function of nozzle without connecting to external compressed air. This prevents the entry of external dusts and water into the ink system through the recovery pipe that will pollute the ink.
The waste collecting pipe connected to the hose and exhausts the gas to outdoor or to the water and prevents the ink or the smell of solvent pollutes the air on working site.
Advanced Startup Procedure
When starting machine, there will be solvent jet first and prevent the stop of machine cause by deflected ink jet. This is an effective clean startup and greatly reduces daily maintenance .
Advanced Anti-Blocking Function of Nozzle
Separate solvent pump enables fully auto cleaning of the nozzle. Each time the machine stops, it will jet solvent to clean the nozzle and the recovery pipe to prevent blocking of the nozzle and ink pipe for next time use. It also makes the machine more stable.
It adopts internationally advanced tripe anti-blocking technology and separate nozzle cleaning procedure (reverse cleaning and solvent jet cleaning). .
The nozzle plate can be removed and cleaned in the ultrasonic container, which can thoroughly solve the problem of blocking.
Advanced Power-Off Protection System
When there is sudden power-off, the special UPS power supply system will keep the equipment run for a while and prevent the flow of ink from nozzle. It prevents the nozzle components and printing objects from being polluted.
Advanced Auto Control System of Ink Viscosity
It adopts advanced auto control system of ink viscosity which is free from the influence of factors, such as ambient temperature and startup time, and guarantee the printing quality of ink jet printer. Viscosity control is realized through inspection of time of float motion. Compared with ink jet printers of other brands that adopt inspection of dropping time, it is more accurate and more reliable.

Unique Ink Jet Printing
Disorder printing when connected to computer. It can receive the BMP pictures made with computer and is provided with functions of synchronous coding, synchronous photoelectricity, synchronous distance of synchronizer, online inspection of printing of N times.
Optimized design of ink system, ink path with small size fount, small diameter pipe, and low ink operation pressure lowers the flux and stirring of flow in the pipe and controls effectively the volatilization of solvent. The printing materials consumed is only 10-20% of traditional gas supply printers and 60-70 of gear pump printers. All of them make Shenou ink jet printer one of the most economical ink jet printers in terms of printing material saving.
