The whole machine function:

The phase and box height are controlled by computerized system with characteristics like order storage , quick order changing and convenient control.Automatic flexo printing ,slotting and die-cutting machine adopts adsorption auxiliary back kick, plastic axial feeding which is stable and reliable.Optional inking system: One system is rubber roller and steel anilox roller inking,whose effect is good. The other system is rubber roller and ceramic anilox roll inking,whose dot pringting is preferred.Optional single slotting units can meet different needs of selection.Speed difference compensation system is equipped with die unit , automatic longitudinal and lateral displacement is equipped with rubber cushion roller.Transmission gears use 40 chrome steel after high-frequency quenching and gear grinding in accordance with national level 6 standard.Electrical components, transmission bearings, pneumatic control components ect. Are all in accordance with the national standard.

Introduction to back-kick feeder:

Applied vacuum absorption auxiliary back-kick paper feeding system; the absorption force is adjustable to different cardboard thickness and absorbs the cardboard onto the feeding table ,then enters into the printing section smoothy.The position of side blocking plate, is electrically adjustable: prompt, accurate and easy.The upper paper-feeding roller is wrapped with wearale rubber and subject to blance aligment; the lower paper-feeding roller is empaistic an chromeplated.Has interval paper feeding device (continuous or interval manner is optional).Convenient for large-sized cardboard printing.Has brush, can remove the impuritied on the cardboard to improve pringting quality.The functions on the control panel are clear and centralized, easy for operation.

Introduction to printing unit:

Computerized control, auto-reset, lack ink alarm.Printing roll grinded surface, cover chrome.Adjustable speed control system makes change order quickly.Optional inking system: One system is rubber roll and steel anliox roll and the inking result is perfect; The other system is rubber roll and ceramix anilox roll and the screen dotted printing has even better result.Circumference fix device, electromagnetic clutch braker.

Introduction to slotting unit:

Computer adjusting rhe height of the box is adopted in slotting unit. The length and width can be ajusted electricly. The upper and lower cutter head the scorer, the paper slitting blade, and the paper holding stick can be moved synchrnously electricly , which can save adjusting time.The pahse applies transducer and touche screen control, can be electrically adjusted 360 degree(both in running and stop), has restoration functiong: and can store orders.Punching device is optional according to users’ necessity.

Introduction to die-cutting unit:

The die-cutting unit is driven by servo motor (German KEB servo system).The rubber roller is foled design, convenient and easy to install and replacement.The rubber roller can move horizontally 50mm leftward and rightward automatically to ensure a steady and reliable movement.The equalize speed system can make the speed of the die roller and the rubber roller exactly the same so that the die-cutting carton has exactly the same shape as the die shape.The die cutting unit has not only the functions of die cutting but also four slotting rings are installed on the die roller to make normal boxes.
