2.Scratched bottles can be minimized with intant stop conveyor system during bottle transfer .

3.It is equipped with flame treatment divise to enhance paint adhesion .

4.Machine efficiency is enhanced with no bottle detection and printing precision is ensured with circular bottle bi-positioning and ellipse bottle  positioning devises.

5.The maximum printing capacity of the machine is 5000pcs/hr ,it is PLC controlled and pneumatic driven .common bottle holders are used on transmission  to facilitate the variety  shapes of bottles operation .

6.Reliable UV curing system from oversea prestige  brand is applied on the curing  machine.Optimum curing effect can be achieved with a 3 stages UV light regulator  and  conveyor  speed adjustment.

7.This  system is applicable for printing on circular ,ellipes  and  cubical  bottles  for cosmetic and medical  applications.(overhung UV system may be required  for circular bottle )
