Feeding Paper Section:
Feeding table adopts stainless steel struture,good rigidity, Sheet transfering can keep great precision with high speed which ensures the precision of inkjet. Feeder adopts free of maintenance paper delivery head,transfering sheet stably. Air vacuum pump adopts oil-free pump with high quality,lower noise and long service life.Optional parts:It can equipped with guide rail moving device and manpower feeding table which fits for the sheet size that feeder can not achieve.
Fix Position Section:
It’s equipped with pinpoint fix position device.This will enable the paper rectification position in transportation. Both left and right install rectification device which can correct paper transmission line degrees,ensures the quality of inkjet.
Inkjet Priting Section:
Inkjet printing section adopts vacuum absorption with good stability,ink jet printing with high precision,vacuum absorption zone is big that ensures the big size sheet completing printing on the vacuum absorption plate,it also can install several lines inkjet terminal to realize more lines inkjeting printing at the same time.We can adjust the length of inkjetdisposition, to fit for customer’srequirement.
Delivery section:
It can set sheet times according to the sheet weight. It adopts pneumatic delivery paper struction,to ensure delivery sheet regularly.
