Function

Oil Free Vacuum Pump: It adopts Japanese Technology which has compact piston, continuous suction, and long time service life; Famous Brand Electric Components: It adopts Japanese technology products, and Schneider components. Safety Operation: Positive Limitation Protection is adopted to make sure the operation is safe enough. Electrostatic Eliminator: It is used in the feeder and collator; which can avoid the double sheets problems caused by static. Automatic Powdering & Blower: It can avoid the ink applying on the back of paper when printing numbers; the blower can dry the ink soon. High quality Feeding Rubber-tired & Double Sheets Detection Device is used to improve the machine’s working effect. Japanese Bearings & German Springs: There are two springs on both sides of the machine, one is soft and the other is hard, this can make the machine is suitable for the paper with different thickness. Chrome plated Technology is used on the pressing roller, which can avoid damaging the roller by lateral perforating knife. Stainless Steel Material is used on the main roller, which can avoid damaging the roller by vertical perforating knife. Lateral perforating knife is made in Japan. Manual operation is optional to print same number on 1-9pcs of paper.
