Features:
1.Unwind/rewind unit: Disc-type un/rewind rotary turret and side-frames can guarantee machine at stable performance; Simplified driving chain can improve the transmission precise;Reel is braced with pneumatic shaft and fitted with safe chuck system for security and reliability;
2.Infeed/outfeed unit: Independent driving system and steel roller integrates with the flexible roller, close-loop tension control, flexible roller up/down links with the main motor; Preheat roller is the active roller; Leveled dancer roller is balanced and used for tension detection.
3.Shaftless plate fitting has the features of quick plate change and exact location; Impression roller up/down acts on the located guide rail at the big pressure and accurate location; Doctor dance is controlled by the independent inverter motor and will not influence register after divorcing with the main transmission; Impression rubber roller adopts small wrap angle for preventing web distorted at high speed print.
4. Ink circulating system: Close ink trolley is used, ink pouring and ink immersion coexist and ink trolley performs on the rail.
5. Drying system: Independent drying system for each unit, air supply and exhaust system is controlled with the inverter controller; H-M-Idisplay; New-type ahead oven has the seal structure and heat source can be second used for good environment protection and lower the cost.
6.Cooling system: Chill roller placement has the new-type structure for good rotation and good water circulation
7. Web travel system: Guide roller has high precision and low inertia; Gudgeon is dressed with the lubrication system
