  Membrane pump ink supplying system, automatically cycle, easy and convenient to operate, the ink amount can be adjusted by a little to make sure the printing picture is clear; the ink roller can be lifted and twirled singly by pneumatic to forbidden the inks drying when brake. It adopts flexo printing ways so the ink roller is convenient to wash.

  The thickness of wall-board is 30mm, the machine is steady when it is working: international channel steel, casting tail margin, the height can be adjusted, suitable for the production line.

The transmission roller and axis are proceeding by fine and careful grinding, and hard chrome treatment, and the inks distributing is good.

  The transmission gear adopts QT400 material. And it is designed by high precision requirement; the advantages are long use life, low noise, and working steadily.
