Brief Introduction:

    Paper-feeding: Chains type of paper pushing feeder.

    Starting and braking of the units adopt electrical walking and pneumatic locking (with overload protection function).

    Paper-feeding roller: The upper axle adopts crushing paper-feeding roller while the lower axle adopts steel crushing roller. The surface hard chromium-plating guarantees the smooth feeding of the paperboard and no damaging the corrugated cap.

    Printing roller: You can adopt the advanced, convenient and practical hanging plate with hooked slots. (Optional) Loading and unloading the plate can be independently controlled by the pedal switch. The phase adjusting adopts non-stop-working, 360° electro-data style adjustment. According to the error the data can be adjusted and input automatically.

    Ink circulating system

    The wire roller adopts the steel material 220 wire or the 220 wire combined wire roller.

The rubber roller is made up of natural oil resistant, acid and base resistant rubber   

Pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, automatic circulating. Automatically clean after adding water.
