Infrared drier for screen printing machine
The dryer is the corollary equipment of automatic production line ,mainly used to dry and cool glass after printing .the machine is composed of drier part, powerful cold wind part and unload part.
Transmission speed is used to inverter to stepless speed , drying temperature can be setting from normal temperature to 180 °C.
Features:
1)The main material adopts to standard Profiles welding, the inside adopts imported cold drawing high temperature resistant and antirust treatment.
2)Conveying adopts imported reducer motor, Chain transmission drive rod shaft to drive the glass, stepless speed through transducer.
3).Rod shaft is made of Teflon apron(best high temperature resistant material) to ensure no scratch on the glass, the distance between two rod shafts are 300mm.
4.)adopts to efficient linear hot wind Convection circulation system.
5)the machine is divided into 3 parts:
First hot wind area: compose of 3 groups, infrared lamps to heat for each grou, the upper parts adopts high temperature wind motor to recover the heat in the drier and make heat recycle, it ensures balanced heating for the drier and take full advantage of heat efficiency. Adopts to display to show temperature control,(SCR Silicon Controlled rectifier, constant temperature control) 3 heating temperature can be setted respectively, there are adjustion and extraction in the two heating sides, set the waste discharge according to your requirement.
Second area strong cold wind area: cold wind area is composed of 2 groups, blowing through upper and nether air knife to cool,equipped with air filter and waste extraction device, to guarantee the balance of fresh air coming and waste gas discharging.
Third area level unload area: adopts chain drive to rod shaft to drive the glass, the wear-resisting solvent universal wheel on the rod shaft to deliver glass and avoid scratch.
6).cylinder lifting system can rise the drier to inspect the drier inside and convenient to maintain.
7.)The drier is adopts alumina silicate fibre felt to heat protection, improve heat efficiency and working environment.
