This is our first development for its production in China. Its patent number in China is ZL200420071245.5. This machine is being supplied to Chinese domestic market and around the world. The images of the hologram film can be transferred properly and integrated images on the printed surface. Its result is comparable to the hologram film lamination and a significant cost saving. The final result represents its activeness and value added features.
1. The ultra violet dryer used for this machine is a special feature regarding the energy saving. Consequently,the film can be multiple applications without damaging the film.
2. There is no plastic film laminated on the substrate. It can be easily recycled and is biodegradable.
3. It is for counterfeit prevention.
4. Once the hologram images is transferred to the printed substrate, its attractive metallic brilliancy indeed enhance of the beauty of the printings, also it’s hard to copy.
