The using Instruction of Hot Ink Roll
Firstly,put hot ink roll into preheater to preheat for about 5 minutes(if there isn't any preheater, you can preheat it on ink roll coding machineAdjust the gap between the character mould and hot ink roll to its best position.
Model J | Put preheated hot ink roll into the warehouse of coding machine,adjust heating temperature to 90 °c, run the ink coding machine and then you can print legible production date,weight,batch number,etc. on plastic films. |
With the increasing of printing times, the ink in the ink roll is gradually reducing, there is no need to raise heating temperature if the printing effect is good; On the contrary, if the printing effect is relatively poor,you should gradually raise the heating temperature of ink roll(5—10°c each time) up to 150 °c until using up the ink in it,based on the principle that the ink will not automatically drop during heating; | |
Model F | Put preheated hot ink roll into the warehouse of coding machine,adjust heating temperature to about 120 °c, run the ink coding machine and then you can print legible production date,weight,batch number,etc. on plastic films; |
With the increasing of printing times, the ink in the ink roll is gradually reducing, at this time, you should gradually raise the heating temperature of ink roll(5—10°c each time) , and then it can print one quarter more than before. |
Note: Due to the wide ranges of coding machine,you should adjust temperature in accordance with the actual printing effects,which is influenced by the temperature.
