1. Design pressure: inner vessel F.V jacket:-0.1/0.6Mpa
2. Design temperature: 0 °C to +120°C
3. Sparkle test: High voltage spark test after glass lining at 20000V' before shipment at 10000V.
4. Glass-enamel layer thickness: 1.5-2.3MM
5.Corrosion resistance: organic or inorganic acid, organic solution and weak alkaline corrosion
(not including hydrofluoric acid, which the consistency of fluorine medium is more the 30%,
phosphoric acid and alkali ,when consistency are more than 30% and temperature higher than or equal to 180°C
All vessel fabricated in accordance with the following
1) Bending test of steel plate
2) X ray testing
3) Physical Nozzle position
4) Testing of glass-lining thickness ensure 1.5--2.3mm
5) Spark test with High voltage : 20KV
6) Vacuum test
