The technique of non-head deaerator is introduced from STORK CO. in Holland. Physics deaeration method is adopted for this deaerator. The deaeration process could be devided into two stages:
The primary deaeration will be done by spraying device. The mistlike water can be formed by spraying device to ensure the sufficient contacting between inlet water and heating steam, and the inlet water will be heated to saturated temperature. Since the solubility of oxygen in water is zero at the saturated temperature, the solved oxygen will be escaped from water and exhausted together with steam from steam vent.
The deep deaeration stage is realized by jetting steam into water tank. Based on different conditions, steam, pressurized hot water and steam / water mixture are all could be used as deaerated media.
