The technique of non-head deaerator is introduced from STORK CO. in Holland.
Advanced Technique
1. The non-head single vessel with compact structure is the unique design in the world.
2. Superior deaeration result: The oxygen content of deaerated water will be less than
5ppb.And generally about 1ppb for normal operation.
3. It is suitable for fast load variation, constant or sliding pressure operation. A high efficient
deaeration is available in the load range of 10-110%.
4. The design flowrate of single jet is 20-1200t/h for required deaeration capacity ranged from
20 to 6000t/h.
5. The pressure is ranged from 0.2 to 20bar(g). It could be used for vaccum deaeration, the
minum water temperature of 60 is available.
6. Multiple heat resources or their mixture could be used, the turndown ratio of 10:1 or more
will be available, no free carbon dioxide (CO2) appears.
