The internal arrangement type deaerator is developed by China (it is also named non-head deaerator or integrated deaerator). The deaerator head and water tank are merged into one vessel. Two function of deaeration and water storage can be performed in a vessel. The maximum diameter of the opening on vessel will not be more than 500mm. The stress applied to the vessel is uniformed, and it has enough strength and rigidity. Compared with traditional deaerators, 25 percent of the steel consumption could be saved. Besides the above, the occupied space and foundation load are also reduced. All the above are favourable for saving investment.
The automatic and high efficient spring jets are arranged in steam space of feedwater tank. The jets with superior atomizing performance will make water acquire more heat transfer area and longer mass transfer time. Therefore primary deaeration with better result is obtained. The deep deaeration is realized by means of spraying steam into water tank. The oxygen content of outlet water could meet the requirement of international level of less than 5ppb.
