Two stages of dearating, spraying deaeration section & deep deaeration section, are used for the deaerators. The spraying deaeration section is located at the higher space between water inlet pipe plane which is full of nozzles and the plane of jet tray. The spray water will be atomized after passing through the nozzles, and mixed with steam directly, therefore the deaeration process is carried out. During the course the most part of oxygen and uncondensed gas are removed and discharge to atmosphere via vent pipe.
The deaeration head of this deaerator is of vertical arrangement, and the double ends structure is adopted. Only one piece of downcomer and four pieces of steam pipe are used for connecting the deaeration head and water tank. It is easy to be welded in the field, and the labour cost is saved. The automatic regulation spring nozzles are used for this deaerator. The flowrate testing result is shown that the nozzle has advantages of good film shaping, superior heat exchanging and wide adjusting range. It is suited for variable load operation.
