JJR--2000 Motor Soft Starter series are to be used in AC 50HZ, 380v,5.5~600KW,seqirrel cage motors with various loads.
1 Starting mode of Motor Soft Starter a. Current limit type: limit the starting current, reduce the starting voltage adjust freely, set the keyboard. b. Voltage slope type: it helps the motor to start smoothly and gradually so as to reduce the impact on the power network caused by starting current, to reduce the vibration and noise of equipment and to prolong the operation lift of mechanical transmission.
2 Stopping mode of Motor Soft Starter: (a)free stop (b)soft stop.(c)brake stop control modeinput :passive switch signal System control of Motor Soft Starter: a. intelligent: all input and output control points are programmable joints, which is preset with intelligent program of various load and can judge the operation condition of drag system. b. preset computer interface(rs485)(address:0-30)helps to realize the function of computer control or remote control c. with LED display and operation keyboard ,it can carry out man-machine conversation to set various parameters and to program. d. it has the function of canceling remote operation so that it guarantees the safety of the equipment examiners. e. it has the function of keyboard control and remote control shift. f. it has the function of time delay relay, whose output point is 1 normal open and 1 normal closed. g. it has a trouble output relay, which works when any failure occurs in the motor. When it can reset itself after stopping and it also programmable h. it has a self-control bypass contactor output relay, which works after the starting process is finished. i. it has function of the time delay starting, which can set a 0-204s time delay staring and has a countdown display. j. one soft starter can be sued of multi motors.
3 System protection of Motor Soft Starter a .reset electronic quick break protection: without any external quick fuse, it can protect is self and give an alarm before starting or during the process of starting , operating and soft stop. b. single phase grounding protection: if there is any single-phase grounding is will give an alarm before stopping running. c. over voltage protection: if the input voltage exceeds the rated voltage exceeds the rated voltage ,it will give an alarm or stopping running(order agreement) d. overload protection: if the motor is overloaded, it will give an alarm before stopping running. e. phase failure protection: if there i any phase failure in the motor, it will give an alarm before stopping running. f. anti phase reversion protection; if phase failure occurs in upper port, it wont start and will given an alarm(Adjustable) System management it has a computer communication interface(RS485)which can realize the function of computer management or communication.
