1. This product is manufactured according to standards of BS7629-1, BS6387 or IEC60502,for rated voltage 300/500V, 450/750V, 0.6/1KV.

2. Applications

This cable may prevent human from being suffocated by toxic gas generated from accidental burning of cable. They are suitable for use in the circumstance demanding strict fire-resistance and environmental-protecting, such as high-rise buildings, hospitals, subways and shopping malls etc

3. Operating characteristics:

a. Max long-time working temperature of conductor should not exceed 70^oC;

b. The ambient temperature under installation should not be less than 0^oC.

c. For the diameter < 25mm, min bending radius should not be less than 8 times outer diameter; for the diameter≥25mm, min bending radius should not be less than 12 times outer diameter.

The fire resistance characteristics and testing methods of the finished electric wire conform to the GB 12666.9.: it cannot be broken down under the burning flame with 950-1000or 750-800 at rated voltage. Also, the cable can work for 90min, or more at the firing temperature of 800. The product can continuously work for 5 minutes without broken by the 3.5kv voltage testing.
