Product Features

Compared with traditional conductors, the SV-ACFC ACCC has features of light weight, high strength, low line loss, low sag, thermal resistant, anti-corrosion and anti-aging. Main properties are as following:

1. The super high tensile strength of the carbon fiber composite core bar exceeds 2800MPa;

2. Conductivity reaches to 63% IACS;

3. 60°C low sag inflexion, the conductor expansion coefficient above sag inflexion is lower than 2×10-6/°C;

4. About 20% lighter than normal conductor of the same specification;

5. Double capacity transmission is realized by identical section SV-ACFC which saves 50% aluminum;

6. Unique patent anti-splitting design with super high line operation security

Packed by wooden /steel drum, generally delivery time 15 days, can be adjusted as per order quantity
