EPP (Expanded polypropylene) is an engineered plastic foam material. By combining polypropylene resin with magic dust, and applying heat, pressure and CO2 in an autoclave, the material is formed into small plastic beads. These small, closed-cell foam beads are injected into a steam chest to create parts custom moulded into complex shapes using steam heat & pressure. EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) is a highly versatile closed-cell bead foam that provides a unique range of properties, including outstanding energy absorption, multiple impact resistance, thermal insulation, buoyancy, water and chemical resistance, exceptionally high strength to weight ratio and 100% recyclability. EPP products have excellent shockproof capabilities, high rebounding speed after distortion, good heating, chemical and oil enduring performance and good heat insulation. Also, the weight of EPP is light. It can greatly reduce the weight of packed goods. EPP is a safe raw material. It can be recycled and is naturally biodegradable without causing white pollution. The properties of EPP allow it to be a versatile building material that can perform more than one task at a time: it can serve as a packaging material, a housing or as shock protection, but also as heat and sound insulation in, for instance, electronic equipment and heating accessories. In devices and when building electronic equipment, it is possible to use completely new installation methods.
