this is a full automatic die cutting machine ,which is used for corrugated board from 1-9mm for die cutter. it was very popular for Europe /south American market because of high productivity.

1. Feeding section
lead edge feeder. wind suction area can adjust paper size with high-power fan
servo system to ensures high precise registration and reduce the damage to paper strength
This feeding device helps large corrugated board move smoothly to improves operating ability and production ability.
2.Feeder table
paper leveling device is specially designed for warping board to stopped corrugated board over the front board
Feeder table adopts adjustment rubber wheel and brush wheel to ensure reach high positing of front guide and side guide
3. die cutting section
Pneumatic push button die chase locking mechanism to ensure safe and operator friendly changing of the die cutter mold
Complete lost sheet control throughout the entire machine
Centerline system compatible to centerline for quick change over and short set up time .
4.stripping section
Heavy duty double action stripping system to ensure positive stripping
Centerline system compatible to centerline II for quick change over and short set up time
Male and Female die can be inserted into the machine from operation side to shorten the setup time and for higher safety.
5. grip edge waste removal device
the grip edge on pin of gripper can be automatically removed and carried out the machine by conveyor belt
6. delivery section
