Use method

1.Keep concrete the same mixing proportion, according to the designing adding quantity and the concrete volume for every mixing, weigh the fibers2.Prepare the aggregate well, add the fibers in, then add both aggregate and fibers in the mixing machine, add water and mix.3.After finish the mixing, fetch some as the sample, if the fibers have dispersed to monofilament, the concrete could be use for your project; if there are still bunch fibers, prolong the mixing time another 30-60 seconds.4.The installation and protection of fiber concrete is same with common concrete5.Adding quantity: Generally speaking, for mortar, wave tile and fiber reinforcement cement flat board, the range is 0.6-1kg/m3, common use is 0.6 kg/m3.; for concrete, the range is 0.6-1.9 kg/m3., common is 0.9 kg/m3.
