Basic information:
Name:adipic acid
synonyms: Hexanedioic acid / Butane Dicarboxylic Acid
formula: C6H10O4
CAS:124-04-9
Content:99.8%min
Standard:SH/T1499.1-19
Properties:
Adipic acid is a white crystalline solid. It is easily soluble in alcohol and ether, soluble in acetone, slightly soluble in cyclohexane and benzene. When the adipic acid in oxygen quality content is higher than 14% ,it generates electrostatic easily that cause fire. The dust of adipic acid explode in the air , the range of mass content is 3.9% - 7.9%. Adipic acid is one of dibasic acid which have the most application value in aliphatic dibasic acid. It can happen into salt reaction, esterification and amidation reaction. And It can form high molecular polymer together with diamine or dibasic alcohol by polycondensation.
Usage:
Adipic Acid is an important organic double acid, mainly used in the manufacture of nylon 66 fiber and nylon 66 resins, polyurethane foam plastics, in organic synthesis industry, foradiponitrile adipic amine, base material, also can be used in the production of lubricants, plasticizer adipic acid esters, essien two can also be used for pharmaceutical .
Also can be used in leather and textile, Pharmaceutical industry as an additive, conservation in the food industrial, in the printing industrial for high- grade paper manufacturing .
Packing, Transportation & Storage:
500kg bag, 18mt/fcl
Woven bag with plastic lining. Stored in cool, dry and draughty storehouse. Kept away form fire, heat source, moisture. Avoid packing damage
