4. Instruction:
This instruction is suitable for Double components CPU DHK 280 A/B
A:B=100:100.
(1)Put A and B into the material tank of the machine,temperature is controlled at 70°C,vacuumized ready for use.
(2)Mix material A and B then cast A and B into the ready mould, temperature of mould should be about 90°C.
(3) Demoulding after 25 minutes.
(4) Vulcanizing 6-10 hours to reach the best function. Otherwise, it takes nearly one week at room temperature to reach the same effect.
Note: Both hand casting and machine casting are suitable for this product.

6. Attention:
(1) Prepolymer should be kept in low-temperature and dry place. Material B should be heated within 3hours in high temperature (above 75°C).
(2)Prepolymer should be finished as soon as possible.
(3) Colorant is advised to be added into material A, and the content of water in material A should be less than 0.1%.
