PVC foaming regulator HL-100 developed by our R&D Center is actually acrylic processing aid and has all characteristics of acrylic processing aid. the only difference between them is that HL-100 has the very higher molecular weight and viscosity,it can efficiently increase the melt strength of PVC blend so as to prevent from bubble amalganation for obtaining even PVC foaming Products.
There are three purposes for filling HL-100 into PVC foaming products,the first one is to promote the fusion of PVC;the second one is to increase the melt strength of PVC so as to prevent from the bubble amalgamation for obtaining even foaming products ; the third one is to ensure perfect flow of melt for getting good appearance of the foam products.
HL-100 is mainly used to produce PVC foaming products with Hi-luster surface and lower foam density etc.
HL-100 is PVC processing aid with super-melt strength promotion ability,its melt strength is 20-30% higher than that of the same foreign products and the ability of promotion PVC fusion is 20-30% higher than that of the same foreign products,so it can also be used to produce rigid PVC pipe and profile for Cost-saving purpose as special acrylic processing aid.
