ZJ 6034 is a copolymer powder of vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is dispersible in water and has good saponification resistance. has no effect on rheological properties and is a low-emission, general-purpose powder in the lower Tg range. It is suitable for formulating highly flexible compounds with very good adhesion to organic substrates.not only for blending with inorganic binders, such as cement, anhydrite, gypsum plaster and hydrated lime for the manufacture of structural adhesives, flooring compounds, wall troweling compounds, joint mortars,plasters and repair mortars, but also as the exclusive binder for synthetic-resin-bound systems.		ZJ 6034 exhibit improved adhesion,flexural strength in bending, deformability, abrasion resistance and are easier to process. thixotropy and water retention are essentially unaffected. The product is ideal for use in combination with other mortar additives intended to enhance specific properties.Contains fine mineral filler as an anti-blocking agent. It is free of solvents, plasticizers and film-forming agents.
MAIN APPLICATION

Tile adhesive and building adhesive

Can be used to produce flexible tiles adhesive. At dosage of 6~10%, can fix tile on special substrate such glaze and wood surface

Base coat of EIFS

Will improve the flexibility of base coat, improve the adhesion to EPS board and anti-impact property.

Troweling mortar and waterproofing mortar

ZJ 6034 can be using to produce high-powdered mortar, improve the adhesion to special substrate such UPVC, EPS and PU. The mortar will get waterproofing property while using ZJ 6034 over 8%.

Floor mortar and repair mortar Hemi-hydrates and anhydrite modify

Using ZJ 6034in hemi-hydrates and anhydrite, will increase flexural strength anti-impact property and adhesion. Need combine with MC and other additive in order to get perfect property .ZJ 6034 also can be using in anhydrite / hemi-hydrate base SLU. The dosage will be 2~6%.Package25 kg paper bags.

StorageZJ 6034 should be stored in a cool place and protected against moisture. Since the product is thermoplastic, it should not be subjected to pressure or high temperatures during storage because of the risk of caking. Storage timeshould not exceed 6 months from receipt of delivery. Blends with hydraulic binders, fillers and pigments show better storage stability because these components help to prevent caking. However, blends of this type still have to be protected against moisture.
