Production process:

Designed by computer →Produce mold →body producing→ Steel pouring →Precise machining (body fitting) →polish (electroplating,color spray, logo made by laser) →assembling finish test →package →stock

Cartridge:

We use high hardness aluminum oxide ceramic cartridge which has anti-friction function and assure 500,000 times with no leakage. Our faucet can bear 35kg water pressure and 85°.

Body producing:

The body is produced by steel pouring method which can assure the body inner part is very smooth and will not have substance. In this way, we can assure water clean and water flow smoothly and steady, decrease the voice.

Surface treatment:

The surface is polished and burnished many times and is cleared as mirror. Then we do copper plating, nickel plating, chrome plating which make the surface have longer time and can be easily wiped.

Water outlet:

Water outlet have four screen which satisfy good water discharge and water flow gently and avoid spray.

Material:

The percentage of brass and other ingredient are all tested by spectrum analysis.

Fitting:

All the fittings are made by hot punching press and have good connection. The machining process has clamp which can assure the high accuracy.

Electroplating:

Accurately polish body → cleaning → supersonic wave treatment → cleaning → hung on → nickel plating → chrome plating → cleaning → roast → wax → testing ( 0.15 micron <= Chrome <= 0.45 micron, 9.8 micron <= nickel <= 15 micron. Salt frog test 200 hours).

Usually for 20ft container, leading time is 30 days. But production time is according to our current order situation. Before you place order, we will check with our production department.

3. What is the package?

Our current package is Double blister+color card, Color box,White/Brown box,Bubble bag are all acceptable. If you have special requirement for package, we are glad to quote according to your design.

4. What is the payment terms?

We usually accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery.

5. Can we visit your company?

Sure. Welcome to visit our factory.

6. Can you pick up us at the air port?

Yes, we have office in Shanghai and can pick you up at Pudong or Hongqiao air port.

7. How long will take to your factory?

It is usually take four hours by car.
