1.The oringin material of this amusement park equipment plastic parts--LLDPE is imported from Korea SK company which has the advantages of aging resistance and fastness in 8 years.
The pigment of plastic is from German Basf pigment,never fade.Fitting with the requirement of GB/T 4454-1996 standard,the thickness is more than 6mm with beautiful color.
With the addition of anti-UV additives,the ability of UV reaches 8 level.Anti-static agent and anti-age agent are both the whole strength requirement and the strength coefficient is more than 5. As the food grade plastic,the amusement park equipment is more safe and more environmental protectable,also good in weather resistance.
2.The platform use high strength cold-roll steel sheets.After special disposing,the surface is micro-wave shape.The deck is safe,beautiful and good in skid resistance.
Surface treatment:With non-slip type plastic,the thickness of platform sheet is more than 3 mm.The diameter of puching is 6 mm,fit with the Europe EN1176 standard.Welding with Argon arc and CO2 gas sheild welding,carrying capacity meet the standard of Europe EN1176.
3.In the structure we use galvanized pipe(diameter 114 mm,thickness 3mm),steel tube(diameter 25-60 mm,thickness 2 mm),all these pipes meet with the standard of BS1387-1985;Technical standard meet the standard of BS1387-1985 and the requirement of the whole strength.The strength coefficient is more than 8.
After robot welding (meet GB/T 8810-1995) and whole processing,the pipe is disposed as unoil,phosphating,polishing.The surface is spray coating as American DUPONT outdoor green polyester.High temperature curing,smooth surface,anti UV,beautiful color,hard to fall off,corrosion resisting are the strong point.
American imported computer control electrostatic powder spraying equipment,it has eddy-wind and filter element for powder recovering.The whole manufacturing line is high efficiency and no pollution.
4.Accessories and fasteners we use one-time casting of high strength steel and rounded corner.After powder recovering,the surface will paint by outdoor green polyester inkjet coating from DUPONT(meet GB/T13818-1992).Using stainless steel 316# as the bolted connection(meet GB/T1221-1992),the screw heads will not expose in the air.
