5.Steady welding seam
The welding seam of WFH-3MD-model welding and cleaning (seamless) welding machine for PVC window is finished at the participation of clamp, cutting tools, cutting tool sensor and main controllers; manufacturing with precise clamps and cutting tools provides a basis for steady welding seam, sensors and controller can conduct optimized adjustment of various welding parameters, and digital parameters can be used to control the size of welding seam and its steadiness, so that the minimal cutting seam of standard section steel can be less than 0.10mm; when the co-extrusion layer of co-extruding section steel is more than 0.25mm, the ground color will not be leaked.
6.Digital prevention of material loss

7.Main Parts
PC Host controller is the central processing uint of the whole welder. It coordinates and handles feedback information from every welding post, sends out orders to electric-control driving systems of welding posts and communicates with the driving systems through parallel interfaces.
Operating panel of welder is composed of temperature controller and operating buttons. Temperature controller is used to control the temperature of heated parts.
The frame body of the equipment adopts distortion resisting design. All the materials are welded with high-quality steel, and then go through pickling and phosphorization as well as hot treatment to set the mold; its facade is perfect.
The guiding rail of the equipment adopts straight ball bearing guiding rail, the gliding parts cooperate precisely, so that the straightness is fully guaranteed in the process of operating the equipment, and its service life is long.
Ten to eleven control valves are installed on the backsides of various works units. All the valves adopt high-quality electromagnetic valves and special valves; they have convenient installation positions and are easy to be repaired and adjusted. All wind-pipes adopt high-quality products which guarantee longer service life.
Clamps of welding are precisely produced with high-quality steel which goes through hot treatment. The clamps have smooth surface and high strength; the cutting tools on clamps are designed in quick change form, so it is simple to change cutting tools. The material of cutting tools use special steel from Germany
The upper connector of welding adopts integrated design which guarantess the leveling and steadiness of welding. Particularly, cooperation with cutting tool sensor and controller, they can conduct digital adjustment of the size of welding seam.
