layers of structure: the interior & exterior layer are made from PPR material, the middle layer is made from composite material with reinforced rigidity and intensity.The interior layer PPR material assures the sanitary performance of pipe.The middle layer assures the performance of strength & rigidity reinforcement and expandability coefficient reductionThe exterior layer is convenient execute melting insertion connection with traditional PPR pipe.It’s classified as 5 pressure grade including S2, S2.5, S3.2, S4, S5. There are more than 30 specifications with nominal diameter from 20 mm to 63mm.
Feature:
1. Linear expandability coefficient α≤ 0.5 x 10 – 4 m/m. °C, only 1/3 of general PP-R, so it completely settles down the flexibility puzzle of plastic pipe;2. Reinforce the rigidity and prevent the pipe from dropping, reduce the numbers of fixed points and total cost of project;3. Improve the static pressure and hydraulic pressure resistance, under the same working condition, the endurable pressure of composite pipe is more 25% than that of the general PP-R with same specification. High temperature resistance, energy conversation, it can be long-term used below 90°C under the proper pressure in hot water system;5. Convenient execute melting insertion connection with general PP-R pipe;6.
