This series is the latest high-performance and environment-friendly pigment. It is mainly applied to internal and external architectural coatings, aqueous decorative paints, industrial paints, and so on.
Characters:
1. No EG and APE, ultra-low VOC, environment-friendly.
2. Made of high quality pigments, and other helping agents, etc.
3. Strong tinting strength, good hiding power, and excellent weather and chemical fastness.
4. No resins, fine pigment particle size and narrow particle size distribution, good dispersing property and excellent compatibility with various aqueous coatings and paints.
5. Stable viscosity and good fluidity, slight color differences in batches, can meet your different requirements.
6. Good drying resistance, no sedimentation and excellent storage stability, long shelf life.
Suggestions:
In order to meet the different tinting requirements, colorants 3806and 3811 are made of economic azo pigments whose light fastness and weather resistance are worse than ferric oxide pigment, carbon black and advanced heterocyclic organic pigments (Please refer to basic parameters in the table), therefore, these colorants are recommended for interior paints, aqueous system with low requirements for light resistance and exterior paints with dark color. (The recommended addition for dark color is over 4%. To a large extent, the performance of colorants depend on the compatibility of base materials and the using environment)
References:
1. Please make test (compatibility, light fastness, alkali resistance, etc.) before using them;
2. Please fully stir them before using, in order to avoid the uneven state of colorant caused by transportation or long-term storage.
3. If not use up, please cover the lid to avoid the surface crusted and chapped caused by surface pollution or volatilization;
4. Please keep in a ventilated, cool and dry place, the most appropriate storage is 24 months between 0-40.
