Carpoly Solvent-based Exterior Coating

Application:

1, Remove all loose or powdery paint residue by brushing and scraping with a stiff fiber brush .Fill any minor cracks with an appropriate filler .Surface should be flat and sanded smooth. Suggested applying one coat Carpoly Alkali Resistance Primer.

2, by brush, by roller or by spray.

3, Thinning: Use brush or roller, up to less than 20%-30% water per one container. If use airless spray to apply, up to with 0-10%water.Should mix evenly before using.

4, Environment: The temperature is not below 5⁰C and humidity is not above 85% and no apply at rainy days.

5, Air temperature with 25^oC may be done after 7 days, or longer in lower temperature.

6, Volume Solid: around40%

7, Drying time: Single coat at standard thickness (25⁰, 50%RH)

  Surface dry: Less than1 hour;

  Recoating Time: more than 2 hours (25⁰, 50%RH)

8,Dry Film Thickness:25μm/layer

9, Theoretical Coverage: Theoretically 1 KG of this product can cover 12-14sqm in one coat. Coverage will vary considerer ably depending on application methods and surface roughness and porosity.
