I. Water-based coating for color tile
The engineering environment shall meet the requirements for dry spraying. The temperature shall be higher than 5 degree and the glazed color pantile shall be dry. Both brushing and spraying are allowed. Each tile (420mm×330mm) needs about 10-15g coating. The coating layer forms in 10-20 minutes in summer. The coating shall be mixed well, and the tile blank shall be dried thoroughly to avoid color deterioration in the future. The tile blank shall be free of substances that affect the adhesion of the coating, like water and oil.
II. Oil-based coating for color tile
1. Dilution: oil-based coating for color tile: acrylic acid diluent (or xylene ) =1:(0.6-0.8)
2. Spraying: high pressure airless spraying, air spraying
High pressure airless spraying: nozzle caliber 0.40-0.53mm
Hydraulic pressure at the nozzle: ≥11.2Mpa
Coating viscosity: 15-25s
Air spraying: air pressure 4-5kg/cm2
Coating viscosity: 15-25s (4 cups, 25)
Spray distance: 30-50cm
Nozzle caliber: 1.5-2.0mm
