PTFE Rods Application:
Rods with diameters between 1mm to 4mm are mainly used in electroplating hanging baskets, molding tool factories, etc. They can be also cut into electrical insulation that can used under various kinds of frequency, the seal liner of various kinds of corrosivity medium, antisticking materials, lubrication materials, etc.
Features of PTFE Rod:
Exceptional chemical resistance. Low dielectric constant and loss factor and is stable across wide temperature and frequency range. Useful mechanical properties from cryogenic temperatures at 500°F (280°C). Low coefficient of friction.

PTFE, usually fabricated by cold forming and sintering techniques. PTFE resines have a continuous service temperature of 260 0 C (500 0 F). PTFE provides execptioal chemical, electrical, mechanical and thermal properties for a multitude of applications. PTFE is almost totally unaffected by the chemicals.
