Equipment characteristic

1.Positive pressure system change to micro negative pressure system

Pyrolysis equipment use the design of micro negative pressure process, materials in the pyrolysis process occur the non-condensable gases that it can entrance the waste gas disposing system get partially burning, smoke go through the spray tower and emission up to standard. Both improving the thermal efficiency of the device, and fundamentally eliminate safety hazards and environmental pollution due to cracking gas leak.

2.Dynamic heating pyrolysis equipment with high efficiency

The pyrolysis reactor use dynamic heating pyrolysis equipment with high efficiency, the rotary pyrolysis reactor shell is heated under the uniform rotation, it can be quickly and evenly passed to pyrolysis material. Due to the material change the heating position continuously, material heating no dead ends ,heating evenly, high temperature change to low temperature to catalytic pyrolysis, reduce noncondensable gas, increase material output of oil yield, and the pyrolysis equipment inner shell coking less, reactor shell surface oxidation phenomena of split minor, extend the service life of the device.

3.Add the fractional distillation system

Since add the distillation system , can finish <150°C low boiling distillates and >150°C high boiling distillates separation at a time, pyrolysis oil don’t need secondary processing, Optimize technology process, improve the equipment operation, and reduce a one-off investment costs, production costs and operation costs.

4.Adopt anaerobic or poor oxygen pyrolysis technology

Feeding and discharging auto sealing operation, material under the anaerobic or poor oxygen condition proceed pyrolysis reaction, smoothly process and totally and completely, not only improve the oil yield but also reduce noncondensable gas and carbon black output, also provide the assurance of safety for pyrolysis equipment.

5.Improve the heating mode

Rotary reactor make the way of direct burning, add the flue heat exchanger, exchange restructuring oil and waste heat recovery, increase the heat energy recycling and reduce production costs.

Carbon dioxide reduction technologies, gasification and pyrolysis technology of combined ,resolved the garbage pyrolysis of smoke problem , lower than direct combustion of the dioxin content more than 1000 times, 4-6 times less than the equivalent national standard 0.4ng TEQ/m3, even lower than the highest standards in Europe 0.1ng TEQ/m3 content, is 0.087ng TEQ/m3.
