The extruder adopts different designs of screw, which is suitable for the reclaiming and pelletizing of various plastics. The machine barrels are wear-resistant, and high-capacity because they are processed by special hardening. Two-stage (vented) plastic extruding pellet lines have T-shaped layout and straight layout. Both extruders contain the devices for exhausting and the filter screen can be replaced rapidly. The flue gas produced by heating the materials are released continuously and the pollutants are filtered out by twice filtering. Thus the pellets coming out of the machines are more solid, smooth, and pure. The production line is most suited to process plastics such as ABS, PS, LDPE, HDPE, PP, etc.
