Technical characteristics

1. Pelletizing system

1.1AC motor drive the rotation of knife rest axis, frequency changer adjusts the speed of pelletizing according to your need.

1.2The whole cutter rest can adjust height, then the distance between the cutter and mould board will be changed accurately.1.3Rotation axis is connected to cutter rest, the design adopt special structure. It will work convenient and quickly.

1.4Function: The material is flowed from mouth template, and the plastics pellets are threw to the wall of pelletizing room by centrifugal power.

2. Pelletizing room

2.1It’s made of stainless steel material, and can’t pollute the plastics pellets.2.2Pelletizing room is combined with centrifugal dryer, compact structure, elegant appearance. In addition, it can be moved by lead rail, so the process will be convenient.

2.3The design of passageway inside is according to the subject of water fluid learning. When the plastics pellets flow to pelletizing room, pellets will be cooled quickly, so that we’ll solve the phenomenon of agglomerate or sticky material,etc.

2.4Function: Main function of pelletizing room is cool temperature of the pellets which are cut from the mouth template, then convey the pellets through the cooling sink to centrifugal dryer.

3. Water ring pump

Function: provide cooling water to pelletizing room 

4. Heat exchange system

Function: It’s used to control the water temperature in water tank. If the water temperature is too high, plastic pellet will be binding conglobation, if the water temperature is too low, the humidity of pellets will increase.

5. Centrifugal dewater machine

5.1The part where contact with material is made by stainless steel, it can protect the pellets from pollution.

5.2The paddle of dryer goes through the strict dynamic balance processing, so it have the advantage of reliable and stability.

5.3Adopting imported NSK series bearing.

5.4Function: Separating the water from pellets for drying by centrifugal power
