This combined machine specially used for phenolic foam, polyurethane foam composited panel on line edge-trimming and cutting.
Edge-trimmer machine
It is used for edge- trimmer for formed panels, locates at middle for cutting of wall-cladding panels, after the edge trimmer, the width of the panel would be 1200mm, and the width would be 600mm after section cutting, the cutting thickness is 120mm, and the edge-trimmer can be raise up while no use. In order to meet the requirement of dust removing after edge-trimmer, also fit with bag dust collector.

on line cutting machine
It’s used for formed panel on line cutting , step with double-belt laminators, check the panels length to be cut in mean time. There are two knife to accomplish the cutting job, only use one knife for normal work, and two knife works in mean time for wall-cladding panel cutting only, the length are respectively 600mm,800mm,900mm,1200mm, and can be adjustable automatically, the thickness is 120mm, also fit with the bag dust collector for dust removing purpose.
