·The Full-automatic multi-function bottle unscrambler and cap unscrambler could fulfill the unscrambling and conveying of various special-shaped bottles and caps, and carry out the changeover for different bottle types and cap types in short time.
·Featured load cell weighing filling, with individual weighing measuring unit for each filling nozzle, the machine has reliable performance and high filling precision, the minimum filling tolerance is controlled within +/-1 gram.
·Featured electromagnetic flowmeter filling, the machine will carry out quick automatic adjustment based on the viscosity condition of various products, and increase the filling productivity while ensuring the filling precision at the same time.
·Based on different packing characters, bottle correcting machine and cap correcting machine could be equipped as the optional device, ensuring the variety of products.
·With the free lifting function of filling, cap pressing (screwing) station, and fitted with quick changeover kit, the quick changeover for different volume, different bottle shape products could be realized in very short time.
·With respect to the special pump lid product, the new type of pump lid unscrambling, pre-insert pump lid and servo pump lid tightening system are adopted to substitute the traditional manual packing method and increase the productivity largely.
