Equipped with high efficiency single screw extruder (for HDPE/PP) or twin screw extruder (for PVC).
With optimized design for extrusion die ensure the material plasticization homogenize and pipe wall thickness uniform.
The high efficiency cooling and vacuum calibration sleeve to ensure the pipe inner smooth and fast speed.
The corrugators is designed as horizontal structure, Its left and right frame can be open and close freely, it can help to solve the emergency case and Maintenance easily. Due to the unique design of corrugators, the central height is not necessary to adjust when it produce different size pipe. Equipped with high quality aluminum alloy moulds block what has vacuum forming channel and water or air cooling channel and with full closed pressure and continuous water cooling system. It can produce the double-layer socket HDPE/PP corrugated pipe. If the PVC double wall corrugated pipe production line is equipped the automatic belling machine, it can make the socket online
