PS plastic foaming bolection profile production line is consisted of one single-screw extruder of special screw for PS foam profiles and one co-extruder,one cooling tank,one heat tansfer printer,one haul-off,and one cutter.Machine speed is control by AC frequency inverter.Imported components such as temperature-controlling instrument are adopted thus it is guaranteed that the line is of features of good plasticization,high output,stable operation.It is a newly developed type of production line in plastic machinery industry.The production line is equipped with a heat transfer printer,which makes use of hot embossing manner to imprint ibbons on the frame profiles.It is of decent appearance,reliable performance,precision stamping,and strong adsorption.Different shapes proflies are available by adjusting the hand wheel.
