Pneumatic Robot Arm 50-150T Plastic Injection Machine (AD650WDM)
AD Series Middle CNC Servo beam robot is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine from 50 to 500 tons. Full AC servo motor driven on each axis, take-out at super hih-speed(0.48sec.) and dry cycle time within 4.8seconds. It constantly positions the robot arm and end-of-arm tooling to degrees of accuracy within 0.15mm. Program can be chosen. The motion can be set according different requirement, with high-efficiency take-out function. Applicable to take-out products with short forming cycle or complex automatic. It has ranges of model AD650/AD750/AD850/AD950/AD1000/AD11000, with two types of arms, single stage and telescopic type; Vertical Stroke: 600~1100mm. It can be added with sub arm for three-plate mold. To take-out at high-speed increases output greatly.
