1.heating system
Reactor using 245R boiler steel and the thickness is between 14mm and 16mm.(the thickness would be adjusted according the requirement of the customers .) the main engine uses horizontal-type of 360° structure-0.4r/m
2. Separation system
Gas separator &depositing tank : depart the heavy oil and impurities from the oil gas to purify the oil .
3. Cooling system
(1).cooling system can still work even if power cut , no danger and no waste.
(2). Less water consumption,able to work for a long time with a pool of water .
(3). Bigger cooling area, the diameter of the pipe is 219mm,cooling distance is 60m with ten pipes ,cooling area could reach 45m²,and with natural cooling, the cooling effect can be great .
(4). In our newly-designed ,the waste gas pipe is put under the water to cooling the rest oil gas again . And with that .the oil yield can be improved .
(5). Conveniently ,just need to open the connected bend .
(6). We also supply a choice for customized to add a tubular condenser to further improve oil yield rate .
4.exhaust disposal system
(1). desulfurization dedusting :remove the sulpher (when use coal as fuel )and dedust .
( 2).water film cyclone : for the second removal and the smoke from the cyclone is white , and have no pollution
5.Safety:
(1). With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak.
(2). Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber are especially for welding.
(3). Vacuum system will prevent oil gas from going back to reactor and causing accident.
(4). Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.
(5).It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas(C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.
