75% CaCO3 filler mastrebatch EC12B
with LLDPE carrier resin, use excellent white color micron Caco3 powder, produced by special processing techniques. Adding this masterbatch in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE film, blowing application or HDPE molding application or PP injection application. It can improve film′extrusion efficiency and increase film or bottle′physical properties. EC12B Masterbatch also has perfect dispersivity.

Applications Areas
EC12B Masterbatch can be used to PE heavy bags, PE liquid packing film, sanitary products bags, agricultural film, PE handbags, inside bags, high quality vest PE bags, PE garbage bags. The film which add EC12B can be compound with BOPP, BOPA and BOPET have no influence on compound strength and heat-sealing strengh.
EC12B Masterbatch is suitable for molding and Injection plastic products. It can improve heat conduction and increase products′size stability.
Recommended Addition Ratio
The addition rate of EC12B is about 5%~35%
1) In multi-layer extrusion film:we suggest to add 15%~20% in core layer.
2) Under gloss demend, we suggest to add 5% in surface layer and inside layer.optimal addition rate will be confirmed by trials.
