Product description:
The main body of this filler masterbatch is the micro Calcium Carbonate produced by the way of interfacial activation method. It uses special carrier and dispersant to make the micro calcium carbonate disperse in nonwoven product on superfine level, has a nice interfacial compatibility with base resin.

1. Good dispersion, fluidity and stability, wound not block the hopper.
2. Improve surface antifriction and hardness, make the hand feeling of final nonwoven fabric more smooth and fineness.

Application:
The products mainly used in PP nonwovens fabric product such as shopping bag. According to the processing technology of nonwoven, gram weight and customers' requirements, suggest adding 10%-50% directly to mix even with PP resin.
Store and Transportation:
1.Product is sensitive to moisture. Could store well within original package. Should be consumed after opening. If damped, use heater to dry it with 90 within 30minutes.
2.While storing, do not put the product under the strong sun shine and rain, do not packing the product with the toxic and tinder together, store the product in the dry and ventilation
