HBW-01 Filling masterbatch granules for the external layer of double-wall corrugated pipe is a new product for the production of external layer of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe. It is made of special treated micro-fine calcium carbonate , micro-fine Talcum powder, special Plastic resin, coupler and Dispersant in mix granulation method, with good dispersion, drying capacity and excellent mechanical properties.

1. Plastic resin; 2. micro-fine talcum powder and calcium carbonate processed by special coupling agent; 3. Dispersant
Technical parameters:
1. Appearance: Φ3×1.5~2.5mm, Bonded particles≤0.2‰; 2. Color: off-white; 3. Moisture (Determination of thermogravimetry: 105°C/10min): ≤1.3‰; 4. MI (190°C/10kg/10min): 4.5~6.0; 5. Ash: ≤82.0%; 6. Packing: 25kg/bag, kraft composite bag, lined with hot-sealed moisture-proof plastic bag.
