Performance and Characteristics1) Application: applied to BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD, al-plated film, al-tissue as well as the compound film and paper with the same properties. The mechanical speed is 70m/min2) Main transmission unit: adopts alternating current frequency transforming vector to control the motor. The heat beat and rubber-plated mesh roller synchronism adopt swing arms to control its tightness and looseness, which is characterized by assuring the tightness looseness of the films in the oven channels3) Feeder: group 1 and 2 feeders adopt double working stations to pre-start, auto discharging unit and pneumatic rectifier while the tension adopts auto tension unit, which is characterized by assuring the evenness of compound film's tension4) Rubber-plated unit: the mesh rollers control the scrapping and inking amount.The thickness of rubber can be adjusted freely through the ink scrappers.
