E-series : high precision injection moulding machine:

· Comparing with C series (standard type), E series is suitable to mold the common precise product by matching small size screw with big clamping force unit to create a heavy clamping force and fast injection speed.
· The uniform distributed clamping force ensures the precise dimension and the surface quality.
· Two grades clamping force and injection-compress function can be available to reduce the internal stress of the product.
· Since clamping force is fallen down to zero before the mold opening, the opening shock shall be reduced and damages to complex mold can be avoided.
· Sensitive and creditability low pressure mold protection function (precision up to 0.1mm) will protect the mold effectively.
· Easy and flexible arrangement of the injection carriage will give the users more option.
· A precision of + 1. C PID temperature control ensure the stability of the molding process.
